Glad you're having fun. Black Pudding isn't for everyone. Neither is haggis, or Kings' Rib, or many other Scottish traditional foods. However the key word is tradition, and some people feel these are important. Look at it this way, at least no part of the animal is going to waste. In my mind, that's a very good thing. Glad you’re having fun. Black Pudding isn’t for everyone. Neither is haggis, or Kings’ Rib, or many other Scottish traditional foods. However the key word is tradition, and some people feel these are important. Look at it this way, at least no part of the animal is going to waste. In my mind, that’s a very good thing.
